I put my blanket in the pet blanket washing machine! Was worried that it would come out smelling bad but all ok. It's expensive, $10 for a large machine. And washes so quickly 24 mins!

Quite an easy laundromat. Basic wash 24min cycles $6 per wash. To pay by card is + $.30. Or $12 for a larger machine. There are jumbo Dryers and large doona washers available.

The place is clean, the people who use the washer/dryer are friendly, there is a detergent dispencer, the machine is giant, there are shops around so you can walk around and then come back to collect your laundry. They place is very intuitive no trouble at all and no need to ask for help.

Being new to Canberra and living in an apartment, I had to look for a good laundromat. I read the reviews on this one. All are true. There was no staff but there are clear instruction on the machines. Remember to take your own detergent & softener (otherwise you can walk few meters and buy from woolies). A very clean place with many large and powerful machines. I used the doona machine and a big dryer. Very happy with the result. 4 star because it is a bit expensive.
